There is one united coaching staff at RVHS. We ask that parents are also united in supporting these kids who deserve the best we have to offer.

There can be no toe dipping; either you are in or you are not. The coaching staff has been hired to serve as the leaders of the program and is placed in a position to make decisions that are in the best interest of the kids, the team, and the school.

We take pride in our work and work hard to ensure that our athletes receive the best possible training and we support them in their efforts to attain their goals. All players must understand that participation in this program is a privilege, not a right, granted to only a select few. Being a member requires that players uphold the positive and reasonable expectations that have been outlined herein.

Athletes are not held in higher regard than the general student body but expectations of them certainly are much greater. With mutual respect, coaches, parents and players can enjoy a great experience of being involved with RVHS baseball.
